Peanut Butter Bars
Makes about 18 bars


1 C. SHILOH FARMS Organic Kamut Flakes
1 C. boiling water
1/2 C. butter, softened
1/2 C. SHILOH FARMS Organic Date Sugar
1/2 C. SHILOH FARMS Raw Alfalfa Honey
1/2 C. creamy natural peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 C. PURELIVING Organic Sprouted Spelt Flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. SHILOH FARMS Himalayan Pink Salt

1/3 C. SHILOH FARMS Raw Alfalfa Honey
1/4 C. creamy natural peanut butter
1 Tbsp. milk
6 oz SHILOH FARMS Allergen Free Dark Chocolate Chips


1. Preheat oven to 350°; spray 7x11 glass baking dish with no-stick spray
2. Combine water and Kamut flakes in a small bowl; set aside
3. In large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, honey, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla
4. In separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt; add dry ingredients and softened Kamut flakes to peanut butter mixture and stir to combine
5. Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly; bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes
6. While bars are baking, combine honey, peanut butter, and milk in small bowl; set aside
7. Immediately after removing bars from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips over top; drop honey-peanut butter mixture by spoonfuls over bars and use a spoon to swirl and spread topping
8. Allow bars to cool completely before cutting
