Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 12 Cookies
3 C. SHILOH FARMS Almond Flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. SHILOH FARMS Pink Himalayan Salt
1/2 C. coconut oil, melted (can substitute butter)
1 t. vanilla extract
1/2 C. maple syrup
2 organic eggs
1/2 C. SHILOH FARMS Allergen Free Mini Dark Chocolate Chips or Allergen Free Dark Chocolate Chips
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In large bowl, mix together first 3 ingredients (almond flour, baking soda, and salt) and set aside.
3. In separate bowl, whisk coconut oil, vanilla, maple syrup, and eggs until well blended.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until combined (do not over-mix); fold chocolate chips into batter.
5. Drop by the rounded spoonful onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are just browned.
