Tired of the same old cereal? Try mixing it up with the SHILOH FARMS Triticale Flakes! A hybrid of wheat and rye, Triticale Flakes provide the unique flavors of rye with the protein & fiber of wheat. They are a quick satisfying nutrient-rich start to any day!

Directions: Add 1 cup triticale flakes to 2 cups boiling water. Cover, reduce heat, & simmer 15-20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.

Suggestions:
1. Mix with dried fruits, nuts, & seeds for homemade granolas or mueslis.
2. Add to breads, muffins & other baked goods.
3. Sub for breadcrumbs in toppings & breading.
