Pistachio-Apple Salad
Yields 4 servings


3 medium tart apples, cored and roughly chopped
½ C. Shiloh Farms Organic Pistachios, toasted and coarsely chopped
½ C. Shiloh Farms Organic Thompson Seedless Raisins
1 medium stalk celery, diced


½ C. plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. safflower oil
1 Tbsp. Shiloh Farms Raw Alfalfa Honey
½ tsp. dried mint
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. curry powder
¼ tsp. Shiloh Farms Himalayan Pink Salt


1. In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients for the dressing until thoroughly mixed; set aside 
2. Combine apples, pistachios, raisins and celery in a serving bowl; pour dressing over salad and toss well
3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed; serve immediately
