Yummy Bran Muffins

1 1/2 cup Flour
1 1/2 cup Shiloh Farms COARSE BRAN
1 1/2 tsp. baking Powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/3 cup Honey
2 Eggs
1 cup Applesauce or 1 cup Yogurt
1/4 cup Oil
6 oz. of Shiloh Farms Organic Dried Wild blueberries, or Cranberries, or Raisins, or Nuts
or use Frozen Fruits (thaw and drain some of the juice off first) 

Note: In season use 1 to 2 cups of fresh Fruits

Directions:  Preheat oven to 400°F. Blend all ingredients and spoon into oiled muffin tins. Bake about 15 to 20 min. till golden. Yields 12 muffins.

Variations: Add 1 tsp. cinnamon, 3 tsp. Grated Orange zest or 1 tsp. vanilla. For moister muffins, try adding a mashed banana.
