Soy Burgers

1½ cup SHILOH FARMS SOYBEANS, cooked (1/2 cup dry)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Oregano
3/4 tsp. Basil
2 tsp. Onion powder
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Wheat Germ

Directions:
Mash soybeans in large bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix until well blended. Divide into 4 balls and form each into patties. Fry in non-stick skillet until browned on each side. Can also be formed into meatballs and baked in oven.

Yield: 4 patties - Per Serving Size: 1 pattie   312 calories,  11g fat,  1.5g saturated fat, 24g protein, 31g carbohydrate, 167mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol.
