Shrimp Kamut ® Salad

2 cups Shiloh Farms KAMUT® BERRIES, cooked, cooled
1 can black Olives, sliced
2 cups Celery, diced
3 green Onions, chopped
1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pcs
1-10 oz. pkg. frozen Peas, thawed
1 cup Shrimp, cooked
2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
1½ tsp. Chili powder
3/4 c. Ranch dressing
Sea Salt to taste

Directions:  Combine all ingredients except chili powder, dressing and salt. Refrigerate 30-40 minutes. Just before serving, toss with dressing, chili powder and sea salt to taste.
