1 cup Shiloh Farms Sprouted Red Quinoa, uncooked
1 cup water
1 cup milk
Black raspberries or your choice of fruits
Shiloh Farms Walnuts, chopped
Ground cinnamon to taste
Agave syrup or honey
Directions:
Place quinoa in a fine sieve and rinse thoroughly. (Quinoa has a natural coating that if not rinsed off will cause a strong acid taste) Allow to drain. Place quinoa, water and milk in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover pan with lid, lower heat and allow to simmer until all liquid is absorbed and quinoa is tender, about 15 minutes. Divide into 4 dessert cups. Top with berries and walnuts. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with agave or honey. Best served warm, also good cold
