Potato Herb Biscuits

1-1/2 cups of Shiloh Farms Wheat Flour or *  
2/3 cup of Shiloh Farms Potato Flour
1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1/3 cup of Butter
1 cup of Buttermilk
3 Tbsp finely minced fresh herbs
*Substitute your favorite flours

Directions:  Preheat oven to 425 F
Combine dry ingredients.  Cut butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles a
coarse meal.  Mix in buttermilk and herbs to form a soft dough.  Divided into 12 sections and roll
into balls.  Flatten slightly on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.
