Old Fashioned Rice Custard

3 cups Milk
4 Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1-1/2 cups cooked Shiloh Farms Brown Rice
3/4 cup Shiloh Farms Raisins
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/8 tsp. sea salt

Directions:    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix milk and eggs, then add sweetener, salt and vanilla.  Mix in raisins and cooked rice.  Pour into a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.  Custard mix should not exceed 1-3/4 inches in depth.  Place this dish inside a larger pan filled with hot water to 1-1/2 inches in depth.   Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until set.   Serves 5
