Oatmeal Prune Muffins

1 cup Shiloh Farms Flour (your choice)
1/4 cup Shiloh Farms Date Sugar
1-1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1-1/3 cups Shiloh Farms Rolled Oats
1 cup SHILOH FARMS PRUNES, chopped
1 cup Buttermilk
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1/4 cup Molasses
1 large Egg

Directions: Preheat oven to 400°F  
In a bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and sea salt. Stir in oats and prunes.In separate bowl, whisk buttermilk, butter, molasses and egg.Add to flour mixture, mix until just combined. Pour into greased muffin tins.Bake at 400°F for about 20-25 minutes.    Cool on a rack.
