Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups of cooked Shiloh Farms PINTO BEANS
1-1/2 lbs of Shiloh Farms Ground Beef
1 Onion, diced
Taco Seasoning
1 bag of Tortilla Chips
1 cup of shredded Cheese
1 container of Nacho Cheese
Toppings:
Shredded lettuce, (diced Tomatoes, Onions, Jalepenos,) olives, sour cream and salsa
Directions:
Mash Pinto Beans to a smooth texture. Brown the beef and drain. Saute the diced onions. Cook mashed beans, meat, onions and taco seasoning together for a few minutes, add nacho cheese and mix well.
Add tortilla chips and meat mixture together and stir until mixed well and then put in a baking pan and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350°F until heated through and cheese has melted.
Serve and add your favorite toppings.
NOTE: You can add corn, black beans, or even kidney beans to the mix if you like (or leave out any ingredients you don't like.)
