Millet Pumpkin Seed Patties

4 cups Shiloh Farms Millet, cooked
1 cup Shiloh Farms Brown Rice, cooked
1 cup Shiloh Farms Pumpkin seeds, ground
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 tsp. sage leaves, roughly chopped
1/4 cup Shiloh Farms Cashews, finely chopped
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. onion powder
Sea salt and paprika to taste

Directions: 

PreHeat Oven to 350ºF   
Mix all ingredients together with spoon. Form patties with hands. Sprinkle with paprika and pan-fry in cooking oil or bake until golden brown. Serve with cashew sauce.

CASHEW SAUCE
1/3 cup Shiloh Farm Cashews
1/4 cup Shiloh Farm Brazil Nuts
4 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 c. water
4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup plus 1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves Garlic, coarsley chopped
2 oz. fresh basil leaves

Directions

Grind nuts in coffee grinder to fine powder. Transfer to blender. Add remaining ingredients.  

Process until smooth and creamy.
