Maple Chia Bran Muffins

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Brown Rice Flour
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp Sweet Rice Flour
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp Arrowroot Starch
1/4 cup SHILOH FARMS CHIA BRAN
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
1/3 cup Shiloh Farms Raisins
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp Milk
1 Egg,  beaten
2 Tbsp. melted Butter

Directions:   Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
Mix together flours, chia bran, baking powder, baking soda, raisins and salt.Combine maple syrup, milk, metled butter and beaten egg.Pour liquids into the dry ingredients and stir together until blended.Spoon the batter into muffin cups in a muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes.

Cool and serve. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
