Italian Herb Bread

1/4 c. Shiloh Farms POTATO FLAKES
1/2 c. Shiloh Farms Rice flour
1/4 c. Soy flour
1½ tsp. baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/4 c. Onions, chopped
1/2 c. Milk
3 Eggs
1/2 c. Sour cream

Directions:   Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Combine dry ingredients. Add onions and seasoning. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.   Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Pat into greased loaf pan and bake for 35
minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
