Easy Kasha Croquettes

1 beaten egg
2 tsp. Sesame or Sunflower oil
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Shiloh Farms nuts, chopped
2 c. Shiloh Farms Kasha

Add kasha to 4 cups of boiling water and simmer about 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Saute onions and mix all ingredients together.  Form small patties and sauté in a lightly oiled pan until golden brown on both sides.  Serve
