Overnight Oatmeal
Yields 4 servings


1 C. Shiloh Farms Organic Steel Cut Oats
4 C. water

1/2 C. almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 C. Shiloh Farms Dried Fruits (such as raisins, cranberries, chopped cherries, chopped apples, etc.)
1/8 tsp. Shiloh Farms Himalayan Pink Salt
cinnamon, to taste
Shiloh Farms Organic Maple Sugar (or other natural sweetener of choice)


1. Combine oats, water, milk, fruit, and salt in slow cooker; sprinkle with cinnamon to taste and stir to combine
2. Cook on low for 8-9 hours, or until liquid been absorbed
3. Stir in maple sugar to taste and serve

Variation: If desired, use fresh fruit. Simply make according to directions, but omitting dried fruit. When serving, top with chopped apples, bananas, peaches, or other fruit of choice.
