Kamut Chili

Kamut® Chili
Yields 6-8 servings


3 lb. ground beef
1 C. ketchup
15 oz. tomato sauce
15 oz. stewed tomatoes
2 C. water
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. seasoning salt
3 C. cooked Shiloh Farms Organic KAMUT® Grain
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced


1. Cook beef in a large skillet until browned; drain off grease and set aside
2. In 4-6 quart slow cooker, mix together next 6 ingredients (through salt); add Kamut, onion, garlic, and ground beef and stir to combine
3. Cover and cook on low until flavors have combined and chili has thickened, approximately 7-8 hours (or 4-5 hours on high) 
4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed; serve with cornbread
