Herbed Goat Chevre Spread
Yields approx. 2 Cups


8 oz. creamy goat chevre
8 oz. cream cheese
¼ C. shallot, minced

¼ C. fresh dill, chopped
¼ C. fresh parsley, chopped
juice of ½ lemon
Shiloh Farms Himalayan Pink Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


1. In a food processor, combine chevre and cream cheese; blend until smooth
2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until thoroughly incorporated
3. Refrigerate mixture for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to combine
4. Serve with crackers or crostini as an appetizer, or use in place of mayo on sandwiches

Variation: Substitute an equal amount of plain yogurt for the cream cheese to make a quick and flavorful dip; serve with chips or crudités
