2 C. prepared Shiloh Farms Organic Coconut Milk
1/8 C. Shiloh Farms Organic Cocoa Powder

1/4 C. Shiloh Farms Organic Coconut Sugar
1/8 tsp. Shiloh Farms Himalayan Pink Salt
1/4 C. boiling water
1/4 C. Shiloh Farms Allergen Free Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
1 tsp. vanilla


1. In small saucepan, bring coconut milk to simmer over medium-low heat
2. Meanwhile, combine cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in small bowl; whisk in 1/4 cup boiling water and stir until cocoa is dissolved and no lumps remain
3. Stir cocoa mixture into milk and whisk until thoroughly incorporated;
4. Add chocolate chips and vanilla; stir until chocolate is completely melted
5. Divide between 2 mugs and serve; top with whipped cream and toasted coconut, if desired
