Baked Pita Chips


4 Shiloh Farms Whole Wheat Pitas or Spelt Pitas
4 tsp. melted butter or olive oil
Desired seasonings, to taste

• Spicy: 1 tsp. garlic powder + ½ tsp. paprika + ¼ tsp. ground red pepper
• Sweet: 1 Tbsp. Shiloh Farms Organic Coconut Sugar + 2 tsp. ground cinnamon

• Italian: 1 tsp. dried basil + 1 tsp. crushed garlic + 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan
• Mexican: 1 Tbsp. lime juice + 1 tsp. ground cumin + 1 tsp. chili powder
• Asian: 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce + 1 Tbsp. Shiloh Farms Organic Black Sesame Seeds


1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Split each pita bread round into 2 rounds
3. Lightly brush oil or butter over the rough (interior) side of each pita round and sprinkle evenly with desired seasonings
4. Cut each round into 8 wedges and place wedges on an ungreased baking sheet
5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and crisp; allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container for up to 1 week
