Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. fresh Ginger, grated
1 medium Onion, minced
3 stalks of Celery and leaves, chopped
4 cups of cooked Shiloh Farms Sprouted Golden Quinoa
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce or Shoyu
1 cup Green Peas or fresh peas in the pod
1 cup cooked Shrimp, chopped
Directions:
Sauté oil, ginger, onions and celery in a heated wok over medium high heat until partially cooked. Add cooked Quinoa and soy sauce, stir once and cook for 5 minutes. Add peas and shrimp. Cover and cook for 2 minutes or until the peas are just cooked. Serve hot.
