Polenta Pizza Crust

1½ cups SHILOH FARMS POLENTA
1 cup cold Water
1 cup boiling Water
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Butter a 9-inch pie pan.

Combine polenta and cold water in a small bowl.  Stir until uniformly combined.  Place mixture into boiling water.  Cook, stirring over low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in salt and cheese.

Form a crust in the buttered pie pan (use wet hands or a spatula to pat it into place). Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 375°F.  Remove from oven. Turn oven down to 325°F.

Add pizza sauce, cheese and toppings and replace in oven until the cheese begins to brown.
