Online Purchase & Refund Policy
Foods:
For the safety of all SHILOH FARMS® Online customers we do not re-sell returned food items, regardless of their condition, therefore all sales at SHILOH FARMS® Online are final. Ingredients for all foods sold at SHILOH FARMS® Online are posted on the website. It is the customers' responsibility to read and understand them and to select only those items that are safe for their specific diet.
SHILOH FARMS® only accepts pre-authorized returns for the following reasons:
a. The item was damaged during shipment
b. The item's expiration date lapsed by the time it was received;
c. The item has spoiled or is otherwise defective.
Non-Foods:
Non-food items can be returned for refund provided you get prior authorization for the return within 30 days of receiving it. Once we receive the product in new, re-sellable condition we will credit your card for the product amount. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Out of Stock Policy
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as in stock when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. the email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out of stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or return of an order you have placed with SHILOH FARMS Online, contact customer support by email (service@shilohfarms.com) or by phone (1-800-362-6832) within 30 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, your name and contact information, and the reason for your refund request. Remember, SHILOH FARMS Online does not refund or accept returns of food products except for the following reasons:
a. The item was damaged during shipment
b. The item's expiration date lapsed by the time it was received
c. The item has spoiled or is otherwise defective.
If you receive authorization, specific instructions on returning the items will be sent to you via email.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with SHILOH FARMS Online, contact customer support by email (service@shilohfarms.com) or by phone (1-800-362-6832). Provide your order number, your name contact information, and the reason for your cancellation.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request authorization to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped only within the United States and Canada.
CANADA: All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees, and your govenment may collect such fees from you upon delivery--should you refuse to pay these fees you will not get your order but will still have to pay for it--we will not process a refund if you refuse delivery of your package. A small handling fee of $5.00 will be added to Canadian orders.
Orders are downloaded Monday through Friday at 7:00 AM. Most orders ship the next business day. All items ship from New Holland, PA and will arrive within 1 to 10 business days, depending on where you live and on the shipping method you choose during the checkout process. See map below. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.

*NOTE: Frozen items orderd on Thursday or Friday with Next Day or 2nd Day Air will not be shipped until the following Monday (or Tuesday in case of a holiday) to prevent thawing or damage over a weekend.

Frozen Food Shipping:
Frozen items are shipped separately from non-frozen items. There is an $17.50 surcharge for each dry-ice shipping cooler needed to ship your order. Numerous items can fit in each cooler and your total shipping cost will be itemized before you check out.
Frozen orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday for same-week delivery so that frozen packages will not sit over a weekend. If you place your order between Wednesday and Sunday your order will ship on the following Monday. Depending on where you live, orders placed on Tuesdays may also wait until the following Monday to ship. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day your order ships, and it is your responsibility to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Frozen items cannot be shipped outside the USA, or to Hawaii or Alaska.

At SHILOH FARMS Online, we respect our customers and understand your concern for privacy and protection of use of personal information. We assure you that all information will be used prudently and sensibly, and will be protected with the highest level of Internet security. By visiting SHILOH FARMS Online, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.
We do not sell, rent or give away our mail lists or e-mail lists to anyone. Your personal information will only be shared with third parties for the following reasons:
Agents: We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf.
