Shiloh Farms Nuts and Seeds are used in many favorite dishes.  You can use them whole or grind them to a meal. You can substitute them in many of your favorite dishes.  The choices are unlimited.

Examples:   You can add Nutritious Nuts or Seeds to any of the following:

Any Baked Goods  - (cookies, muffins, pancakes, buns, breads, etc.)
Add to cereals daily
Cooked grain dishes, Pilafs
Crackers
Desserts
Meat Loafs or Patties
Salads and Dressings
