Millet Pumpkin Seed Patties

4 cups Shiloh Farms MILLET, cooked
1 cup Shiloh Farms Brown Rice, cooked
1 cup Shiloh Farms Pumpkin seeds, ground
1/4 cup Onions, chopped
1 tsp. sage (leaf)
1/4 cup Shiloh Farms Cashews, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. cooking Oil
1 tsp. Onion powder
Sea salt and Paprika to taste

Directions:  PreHeat Oven to 350ºF   
Mix all ingredients together with spoon.  Form patties with hands. Sprinkle with paprika and pan-fry in cooking oil or bake until golden brown. Serve with cashew sauce.

CASHEW SAUCE
1/3 cup Shiloh Farm Cashews
1/4 cup Shiloh Farm Brazil nuts
4 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 c. Water
4 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
2/3 c. + 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 cloves Garlic, coarsley chopped
2 oz fresh Basil leaves.

Directions:  Grind nuts in coffee grinder to fine powder. Transfer to blender. Add remaining ingredients.   Process to a smooth, creamy sauce.
