4 cups cooked Shiloh Farms Quinoa
½ cup Shiloh Farms Pecan Halves
1 cup cooked Chicken, cubed
¾ cup Shiloh Farms Raisins
½ cup thinly sliced Scallions
⅓ cup Olive oil
¼ cup Rice Vinegar or Lemon Juice
¼ teaspoon Pepper if desired
2 Tablespoons Shoyu or soy sauce
Lettuce leaves, washed and dried
Paprika
Parsley
Directions: Lightly toss salad ingredients. Chill for 1 hour. Arrange on lettuce leaves, add a sprinkle of paprika, garnish with parsley and serve. Serves 4 persons.
