Product Description
Made from just 5 simple ingredients (including Organic Whole Grain Spelt Flour), SHILOH FARMS Spelt Sesame Sticks are a crunchy and satisfying snack for any occasion!
Spelt is an ancient variety of wheat with a mellow, nutty flavor. A good source of fiber, protein, and B Vitamins, it is especially rich in several essential minerals, including manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, and iron. Because of its high water solubility, spelt's many nutrients are more readily absorbed than some other grains. While not gluten free, this grain is more easily digested than other forms of wheat and may be better tolerated by those with gluten and wheat sensitivities.
Nutty and slightly buttery, sesame seeds are an abundant source of vital nutrients (including manganese, copper, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, and Vitamin B1). These tiny seeds also provide healthy amounts of dietary fiber and monounsaturated fats.
Suggestions:
1. A great snack alternative for bag lunches, picnics, or lazy weekends on the couch.
2. Pair with your favorite dip (like our Herbed Goat Chevre Dip); for a salty-sweet combo, pair with honey or apple butter.
3. Toss on salads in place of croutons.
4. Crush in a food processor and substitute for breadcrumbs in breadings or toppings.
This product was packaged using equipment that also handles wheat, soy, and milk products. This product is peanut and nut free.

Delicious healthy treat!

My daughter started bringing me these tasty treats a year ago. She lives over an hour away and she brings Shiloh Spelt Sesame Sticks when she visits. I know how healthy she is so I knew they would be good for us. Missing her very much. To my surprise not only were they healthy but delicious. With the virus I thought I would no longer be able to get them. I found them on google and had them delivered. I cannot say enough but so happy I was able to get them. We truly enjoy Shiloh Farms snacks!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I just had to. Man o man, I'd order these by the case, but I'm afraid I'd gobble them all up within a week. Prepare to never put the bag down until it's half gone. A great healthy snack with ingredients I can have which is getting harder to find these days. Hope you keep these on the store. Now...time to order that case.

These are my favorite healthy snack of all time! I've been getting these for years as they help defray that hungry feeling without my resorting to ice cream! Excellent customer service from Shiloh Farms.

These have been my favorite snack for 7 years! I love these and they keep me going when I get that hungry feeling and it's not yet time for a meal! They are outstanding and also healthy for you. I appreciate the great service I get from Shiloh Farms. It's always a pleasure doing business with a company that has excellent customer service.
