Taco Salad

3 c. cooked SHILOH FARMS KIDNEY BEANS
1 lb. cooked Shiloh Farms Ground Beef
1 package Taco seasoning
2 Onions, chopped
1 (16 oz) jar Salsa
1 (14-16 oz) package Tortilla chips, broken in pieces
2 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 head of Lettuce, torn into bite-sized pcs.
4 Tomatoes, diced
Sour cream and Guacamole

Directions:

In medium mixing bowl, combine beans, ground beef, taco seasoning, onions and salsa. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. In 9x13" casserole dish, layer: chips, bean mixture, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Top with additional chips, if desired. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
