Sesame Corn Muffins

2 cups chopped Onions
1 cup Corn Meal
1/4 cup SHILOH HULLED SESAME SEEDS
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 cup Buttermilk
1 egg
3 Tbsp. oil
1/4 cup honey

Directions:  Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Saute onions for 1 minute   Combine corn meal, sesame seeds, baking powder,
baking soda and salt. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, oil and honey.
Combine all ingredients and mix.   Pour into muffin tins and bake about 20 min. Makes
12 muffins.
