Peanut Butter cookies

1 1/2 c. SHILOH FARMS TEFF FLOUR
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 c. Maple Syrup
1/2 c. Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Peanut Butter

Directions:  Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients, set aside. Blend syrup, oil, vanilla, and peanut butter.  Add wet ingredients to the dry, mix well. Shape dough into walnut size balls. Place on a slightly greased cookie sheet and flatten gently with a fork. Bake about 13-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Makes 24 cookies
