Orange Pecan Muffins

2-1/2 cups Shiloh Farms Flour
3/4 cup Shiloh Farms Date Sugar
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms RAW FLAKE WHEAT GERM
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1-1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup Orange juice
1 beaten Egg
1/3 cup Oil
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Pecans

Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine: Flour, date sugar, wheat germ, baking powder, salt and baking soda.  Add: orange juice, beaten egg and oil.  Mix until just moistened. Do not over mix. Stir in pecans. Grease muffin tins.  Bake approxiametly 25 minutes,. Makes about 18 muffins.
