1 cup cooked Shiloh Farms Lima Beans
1/2 cup crushed Shiloh Farms Nuts or ground Shiloh Farms Pumpkin Seeds
3 Tbsp. Sweetener
1 Tbsp. Oil
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
Sandwich Suggestions:
Bread, Pita bread or Rice cakes
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Onions
Cheese
Directions:
Grind or mash lima beans to a smooth paste. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Spread on bread, pita bread or rice cakes. Suggestions: Add your choice of toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, onions or top with cheese and broil as open-face sandwiches. Serves 4 to 5.
