Gingerbread with Rice Flour

2 cups Shiloh Farms Brown Rice Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
3/4 cup Quick Rolled oats or (Shiloh Farms Rice Flakes to make this recipe Gluten Free)
1 cup Molasses
1 cup Sour milk or Butter milk
1/3 cup of Butter

Directions:  Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Sift flour, soda, spices and salt together.  Add rolled oats or rice flakes and mix thoroughly.  continuing to stir, add in the molasses, milk and butter.  Pour the well blended mixture into a greased pan.  Bake for about 30 minutes.
