Fig and Orange Muffins

2 cups sifted Shiloh Farms flour
3 Tbsp. Shiloh Farms Date sugar
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/4 cup melted Butter
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup chopped Shiloh Farms Turkish Figs
Zest of one fresh Orange rind

Directions:  Preheat oven to 410 degrees
Sift flour again with date sugar, baking powder and salt.  Beat egg with butter and stir in milk. Add dry to wet mix until just combined. Spoon into muffin tins and bake about 25 minutes or until well browned. Makes about 10 muffins.
