SHILOH FARMS Garbanzo Flour is pre-cooked which enhances its rich, nutty flavor. This versatile flour is a great source of protein, and brings a unique tasted and texture to breads, crackers, pizza dough, and even cookies!
Usage: A great addition to breads and savory baked goods, Garbanzo Flour is best used in combination with other flours and can generally be substituted for up to 80% of the total flour in a recipe. Certain applications may allow for substitution up to 100%.
