Storage: Keep sprouted flours in DRY ambient air conditions and they will stay fresh for at least 6 months if not longer. Do not store flour near foods and products with strong odors. Freezing in tightly-packed, air-tight container may extend the shelf-life past 6 months. If frozen, return the flour to room temperature before using.

This is very fine flour. Makes fantastic pancakes and muffins. I have yet to make a cake but I am sure it would work very well. I use it generally to make loaves of sourdough bread and they come out delicious every time. The baked products that I create with this sprouted flour are very filling and satisfying. If I eat two slices of toast made from organic flour I am hungry within the hour but not when I make toast with this sprouted flour. I bought a 50lb bag as my local health food store only occasionally carried it. My order qualified for free shipping and the 50lb bag arrived just a few days later by UPS. My family doesn't suffer the digestion upsets that regular organic flours create with this product.

Grown in the US, super long shelf life. Great for pancakes, muffins, cornbreads, cookies. Makes perfect pizza too! Your bread loaves will be different, because the dough is not very elastic. I use this to make sandwich bread for my kids, who tolerate it better than some gluten free breads with tons of additives!
The taste is different, in a really good way. It is a bargain, especially with free shipping.

I've purchased and baked with flour from several different producers of Sprouted Whole Grain flour. Shiloh produces an outstanding product but the closure strip on the last two five pound bags failed to close securely and required transferring the remaining product into another container which is an unjustified nuisance which shouldn't occur. If the third package fails I will discontinue purchasing from Shiloh

I made my favorite bread recipe using this flour and it turned out great. It has a wonderful texture and flavor. It is a little pricey but worth the health benefits...nonGMO, organic, and easily digestible.

I absolutely love this wheat flour. Makes the best bread. You will need to add some vital whet gluten if you like a lighter texture. I usually do about 7 cups wheat flour and 3cups bread flour and a cup of gluten and my bread is wonderful. Very happy customer!!

I have been making homemade bread with the sprouted wheat flour for a few months, and we don't buy bread at the store anymore because it doesn't taste as good as the bread made with sprouted wheat flour.

I recently found out the difference between sprouted and unsprouted flours and decided to try it out. I was a little skeptical at first, thinking it would produce dry, gritty bread, but I was pleasantly proven wrong! This product is amazing! I have had great results with it. I made pancakes and a loaf of bread so far... can't wait to try more recipes! Give this 10 stars!

Sprouted Wheat Flour is the best flour to use when making bread. Once I started buying the sprouted wheat flour, I have not bought bread at the store. The bread that has sprouted wheat flour in it is delicious.
