Just got my flour last week and so far made bisquits, pancakes and muffins. We love everything we've made and it is so much more digestable than regular flour. I don't think I will ever use regular flour again.

used 5lbs in less than a week... one happy family! i have a sourdough starter that i have to feed often; consequently, i use it often even for pancakes! cant wait to run out and order more, so that i can support a great company. i even got my friends to order.

I use the Shiloh Farms organic sprouted spelt flour to make the best donuts!
I fry them in lard and they are delicious and satisfying. They do not leave you feeling full and sluggish like conventional donuts, but energized and happy!
I am a big believer in enjoying healthful foods and not ever feeling deprived. This product allows us "treats" that we need not feel guilty over, quite the opposite.

Finally a wheat product that is digestible and good tasting. I promote this product in my classes. I use it to make my sourdough bread and pancakes. I have learned to forgo most carb foods for my health and teach others to do so, but this product once in a while in a 'feel good' recipe, is a blessing. I also have many packages of it in my food storage.

I have use Shiloh Sprouted Spelt Flour for years, and absolutely love it. I am not a big carb person as far as breads, and baked goodies go, but I do bake something sweet for my family weekly. This, the SSF, is what I have always used and they know nothing else from my side of the fence. But, when they go out they can feel that lump in their gut after eating. This flour digests so much easier. And, I love Shiloh! They are a quality company and we always enjoy the extras they send. I buy the five pound bag twice a year, and a girl that I fix lunch for once a week could tell such a difference she just ordered some of this flour as well. Thanks for a quality product!

Shiloh Sprouted Spenlt flour is the only sprouted flour I use. The fact that sprouted flours digest as a vegtable not a bad carb there is no reason to use standard flours! Now that I moved from PA and cannot get it here in MN I just simply order it.

I have been sprouting grains for a while now and was so excited to see this sprouted flour in my health food store. I love to bake and cook using this flour and I can really tell a difference when it comes to digestion. It works well in everything I've tried and tastes so good. I happily feed it to my family knowing that it's high in nutrients.
