Ramen noodles are Japanese-style next shaped noodles which unfold on cooking. These are often served with miso broth - a nutritious live fermented food made from soybeans. According to the Japanese a bowl of miso each promotes health, youthfulness and longevity!

Our noodles are hand crafted in the traditional way and individually portioned and packed for your convenience.

To prepare: Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add the noodles. When the noodles have unfolded (about 1 minute) stir with a fork, reduce heat and add the contents of the flavour sachet. Cook for a further 3 minutes or until the noodles are just soft. Pour the noode mix into a deep soup bowl. Enjoy!
