You will need to add the bag of mix to the following ingredients:
2  Organic Eggs,
1/4 cup  Organic plain Yogurt.
1-1/4 cups  Water
1/4 cup  Organic Maple Sugar
2 Tbsp  Organic melted Butter
1 tsp  Organic Vanilla extract.

Directions:
In a large bowl beat eggs; stir in yogurt, water, maple sugar, butter and vanilla until blended. Add the whole bag of baking mix and stir until smooth. Cook as is - or add your favorite fruit or spices. Drop 1/4 cupful of batter onto a heated greased griddle or skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the top of pancakes. Turn over and cook 2-3 minutes. Makes 12 pancakes.         For Waffles - Follow instructions for your waffle iron.
