Sunny Mountain of Rice

6 cups of water
2 cups Shiloh Farms Brown Basmati or White Basmati Rice, rinsed
1 cup Shiloh Farms Quinoa, rinsed
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Shelled Sunflower Seeds
Pinch of Shiloh Farms Himalayan Pink Salt
Fresh chopped parsley or scallions for garnish

Directions:  Boil water; add rice, quinoa and salt. Simmer covered for 45-60 minutes. Garnish with raw or roasted sunflower seeds and fresh chopped parsley or scallions. Serves 6-8.
