1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Pine Nuts
1/2 cup fresh Cilantro or Basil
1/2 cup Onions, diced
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Black Beans, cooked and drained
1 tsp. vegetable Salt
3 cups Shiloh Farms Red Quinoa, cooked
1/2 cup sweet red peppers, diced
1/4 cup green onion, minced
Bread crumbs as needed
Olive Oil or Butter for frying patties
Directions:
In a food processor, blend garlic, nuts, fresh herbs, onion, black beans, and salt. Mix with quinoa, red peppers, and green onion. Add bread crumbs to mixture (until mixture holds together). Make into patties. Fry patties evenly on eachside. Serves 4 to 6 people.
