3/4 c. Shiloh Farms Maple Sugar
3/4 c. Shiloh Farms Essential Eating Sprouted Wheat Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 large Egg
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
3/4 c. Shiloh Farms Quinoa Flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, slightly beat egg and mix in water and melted butter.
In a medium bowl, combine maple sugar, flour, quinoa flakes, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; add to egg mixture. Stir until well blended.
Drop rounded tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown. Remove cookies to wire rack and cool.
Makes 2 dozen cookies.
