Pistachio-Apple Salad

Ingredients:
3 Medium tart Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/3 cup Shiloh Farms Raisins
1/3 cup SHILOH FARMS ORGANIC PISTACHIOS, coarsely chopped
1 medium stalk of celery, finely diced

Dressing:
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 TBSP.  Safflower Oil
2 tsp. Honey
1/2 tsp dried Mint
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Curry Powder

Directions:
Combine the first four ingredients in a serving bowl.  Combine the ingredients for the dressing and mix together. Pour dressing over the salad and toss well.  Serve at once.
