1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Date Sugar
1 fresh Egg
1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup Pastry Flour
1 cup Shiloh Farms KAMUT ® FLAKES
Topping Ingredients:
6-oz. Carob Chips
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
3 tsp. Milk
Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix together all ingredients except toppings. Bake in greased 8 x 10 baking pan for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle carob chips on top while still warm. Mix remaining topping ingredients together. Swirl into melting carob chips. Cool and cut into bars.
