Pasta and Pine Nuts

3/4 cup SHILOH FARMS PINE NUTS
1/2 cup clarified butter
1-1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
2-1/3 Tbsp. butter
1 pinch nutmeg
salt and white pepper to taste
1 (8 oz) pkg. Angel Hair Pasta

Directions:

Toast pine nuts slowly in dry skillet. Remove when tan in color.  Cook noodles in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients except pine nuts in saucepan: heat thoroughly. Add noodles to heated sauce. Let sauce reduce to creamy consistency. Top with toasted pine nuts and serve.
