Oatmeal Walnut Burgers

2½ cups Shiloh Farms Rolled Oats
2 cups Shiloh Farms Walnuts Pieces and Halves.
1/2 cup Soybean flour or your choice of flour
2 medium Onions, chopped
1 small can (5.5 oz) Tomato paste
3 Eggs
1/4 cup Water
1/2 tsp. Marjoram
1/2 tsp. ground black Pepper

Directions:  In food processor, add all ingredients except walnuts and onions. Mix thoroughly. Add walnuts and onions, blend until just combined. Add more water if necessary to make a suitable burger consistency. Form into patties, using 1/2 cup per patty. Grill or pan fry in lightly oiled pan. Makes approx. 10 patties.

Variations: Substitute chopped peppers or mushrooms for onions, or 1/2 cup milk for tomato paste.
