Millet Pilaf

2 Cups Chicken broth or water
1 cup Shiloh Farms Millet
2 tsp. Soy sauce

Directions:  Bring broth to a boil.  Add millet and soy sauce.  Reduce the heat to a simmer.  Simmer for about 35 minutes or until the broth is absorbed.  Serve immediately.   Yield 4 servings.

Millet is a finely textured whole grain.  When cooked, it has an appearance and texture similar to couscous. Like rice, milled can be prepared using water and no seasoning and be served as a contrast to more flavorful dishes.
