Lentil Chicken Stew

4 Chicken breasts
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
2 stalks Celery, chopped
2-3 Carrots, sliced thin
3 c. Tomato juice
2 tsp. Chicken Bouillon
1 pint crushed Tomatoes
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/3 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Oregano
1/3 tsp. Garlic powder
1 cup Shiloh Farms RED SPLIT LENTILS

Directions:
Start cooking lentils.  Dice chicken. Saute with onion until onion is clear and chicken is white. Add all ingredients (except the salt) to the lentils. Simmer about 20 minutes or until lentils and vegetables are tender. Stir in salt at the end.
