1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 cup Butter, softened
2/3 cup Shiloh Farms Date Sugar
1/3 cup Honey
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 - 1/4 cups Shiloh Farms BARLEY FLAKES
1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Raisins
Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cream together butter, date sugar, honey, eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add flour mixture. Mix well. Stir in Barley Flakes and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Press cookies down slightly. Bake 8-10 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
